IMPOUNDING OFFICER PROCEDURES
Explosive devices (including large fireworks) will not be handled, transported or stored. Call WCCCA and request dispatch of the Oregon State Police or Portland Police Bureau Explosives Unit for evaluation or pickup.
EVIDENCE OFFICER PROCEDURES
If an explosive item or potential destructive device is discovered, the evidence officer will immediately evacuate all evidence officers, secure the Property Evidence Area, and notify the evidence supervisor or the Investigations Commander.
