The Good, The Bad and The Ugly During a recent Property Management class presented
by the International Association of Chiefs of Police in Fon Du Lac, Wisconsin,
Property Manger Fred Tancke of Glendale (AZ) Police Department was proudly
showing off his newly revamped property room. Before and after photos
should probably be mandatory elements of any property room update, as the
satisfaction of making such tremendous improvements can then be enjoyed
for years into the future (not to mention providing a great training aid
for future employees). Fred took that advice, and these two photos
from his collection sure show the result. Great job, Fred.
