"Captain Good," a police captain in ***** MA, Who lambasted criminals as "Toilet-Licking Maggots" on his cable TV show, was convicted of larceny for stealing a gun from the police department.  He was placed on probation, but now the City Council will decide if the 33 year veteran, who has been suspended without pay, can keep his job.
