I spent more than a decade as editor of The Evidence Log©, and three times that long as partners with Joe Latta as reserve officers, police officers, detectives, sergeants, administrators, teachers, auditors, and most of all as friends and extended family. The support and friendship from Joe and Nancy, the IAPE Board, and all of you has been ample reward.
